How it works
- •Built on the Claude API with tool use: the assistant calls check_availability and book_appointment instead of guessing times.
- •Guardrails: no diagnosis or medical advice, emergencies are escalated, and it only asks for a first name.
- •In production, the same agent connects to WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar or the clinic's scheduling software.
